I woke up to blue skies a few days ago, and in my great excitement, I strolled out the door without a rain jacket. As I waited for my bus, I soaked up the warmth of the sun beating through my sweater. Most likely a ridiculously large smile was pasted across my face as basked in the bright rays that have been absent for the entirety of Seattle’s winter.
Flash forward 7 hours.
I’m sloshing through puddles on my 20 minute walk from work to class as rain soaks through my hair and begins dripping down my face.
In case any of you didn’t know, summer is not here yet…
